TERMS & CONDITIONS

These Terms & Conditions apply to all services provided by Better Flow UK (“we”, “us”, “our”) to the client (“you”, “your”).

By engaging our services, requesting work, or confirming an engagement in writing (including by email), you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

Better Flow UK provides practical support to help businesses simplify processes, reduce administrative burden, and improve how work flows day to day.

Services may include workflow reviews, system and process simplification, documentation, implementation support, and ongoing advisory services. The scope of services will be agreed in writing before work begins.

We do not provide legal, financial, HR, compliance, or other regulated professional advice.

All fees will be agreed in advance and confirmed in writing.
Invoices are payable within 7 days of the invoice date, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
All fees are exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise.

The Work Flow Review is a fixed-fee service priced at £495.

This typically includes:

• Review of information provided by you
   
• One or more review discussions
   
• A written summary of findings and practical recommendations
   

Payment is due within 7 days of the invoice date.
Due to the nature of this work, the Work Flow Review fee is non-refundable once work has commenced.

Where further implementation or project work is agreed following a Work Flow Review, this will be scoped and priced separately in writing.

Payment terms for implementation work will be confirmed in advance and may require staged or upfront payments depending on the scope.

Where ongoing support or advisory services are provided on a retainer basis, fees will be agreed in writing and invoiced monthly in advance unless otherwise stated.

Either party may terminate a retainer arrangement by providing 30 days’ written notice, unless otherwise agreed.
Fees remain payable for work carried out up to the termination date.

If payment is not received within 7 days:

• We reserve the right to pause or withhold further work until payment is received in full
   
• Late payments may be subject to statutory interest and recovery costs under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998
   

We ask for at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a booked session.
Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice may still be chargeable.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and timely information
   
• Ensure relevant decision-makers are available when required
   
• Take responsibility for implementing recommendations unless implementation is explicitly agreed
   

Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public information shared during the engagement, unless disclosure is required by law.

Services will be carried out with reasonable care and skill.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees paid for the services in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

All materials, templates, documents, and methodologies created by us remain the intellectual property of Better Flow UK, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

You are granted a non-exclusive licence to use deliverables internally within your business.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
